Logistics facilities that make use of OMH automated
handling equipment and conveying systems to optimize the
performance of operations, including outbound and
inbound process.
MFC
Highly compact fulfillment center usually 10,000 square
feet or less allowing for more products per square foot
than a conventional warehouse, primarily servicing
customers in a localized area of a single store.
AGV
Introducing the Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), a mobile
robot that follows a predetermined path through a
facility, warehouse, or manufacturing plant. AGVs are
typically used to transport materials and goods from one
location to another, without the need for human
intervention. They can be programmed to follow specific
routes, avoid obstacles, and even communicate with other
machines and systems in the facility.
Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV)
The Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV) is a type of automated
guided vehicle that operates on a rail system. It is
designed to transport materials and products within a
manufacturing or warehouse facility, without the need
for human intervention. OMH’s RGV can be customized to
suit specific requirements, such as load capacity,
speed, and travel distance.
Stacker Crane
OMH's Stacker Cranes are commonly used in high-density
storage applications where space is limited. They are
used in moving materials in storage racking from one
location to another in a form of process called inbound
and outbound. Designed to handle a wide range of
materials, including pallets, boxes, and other types of
containers, our Stacker Cranes are an efficient and
effective way to move and store materials in a warehouse
or manufacturing facility where space is not a
commodity. They can help to increase productivity,
reduce labor costs, and improve safety in the workplace.
Outbound Belt Conveyor
Outbound Belt Conveyor consists of a belt made of rubber
that moves along a series of pulleys, which support and
guide the belt to transport loads directly into a truck.
Belt conveyors can operate horizontally or at an
incline, and they are often used to move lighter items
or loads such as boxes, bags, or packages rather than a
whole pallet of product. The end part of the conveyor
can be extended until reaching inside of a loading truck
and a worker has to place products on the belt while
another to pick it off and place them inside the truck
manually.
AGV Outbound Station
Our AGV can be programmed to retrieve products from the
picking area and transport them to the outbound station,
where workers can arrange and sort them for shipment.
This eliminates the need for workers to manually
transport items from the picking area to the outbound
station, reducing labor costs and increasing efficiency.
AGV Outbound Station for manual picking can help
businesses improve their order fulfillment process,
reduce labor costs, and increase overall efficiency. By
combining the benefits of AGV technology with manual
item picking and arrangement, businesses can streamline
their warehouse operations and improve the overall
customer experience.
AGV Picking Station
OMH's AGV Picking Station is an innovative solution for
efficient and accurate order picking in a warehouse
environment. The picking station itself is a designated
area where workers can efficiently pick and pack orders.
By incorporating AGVs into the picking process, workers
can focus on picking orders without needing to waste
time transporting products from the storage area to the
outbound station. Our Picking Station with AGV
technology can help businesses improve their order
fulfillment process, reduce labor costs, and increase
overall efficiency.
Inbound Station
OMH's Inbound Station are used in distribution centers,
warehouses, and manufacturing plants to move goods from
incoming trucks or containers to designated storage
areas. Our inbound conveyors can be customized to
accommodate different sizes and weights of products, as
well as handling a wide range of materials, including
boxes, bags, crates, and pallets. By automating the
process of moving materials from incoming shipments to
storage areas, companies can streamline their operations
and improve productivity and profitability while storing
high-quality products faster and more efficiently.
Pallet Racking
OMH's Pallet Racking is designed to store palletized
goods in an organized and efficient manner. Pallet
racking consists of vertical uprights that support
horizontal beams, which act as support structures for
pallets. The pallets are then loaded onto these beams
and can be easily accessed using our Stacker Crane. Our
Pallet Racking systems come in a variety of
configurations, such as selective rack, double deep
rack, drive-in rack, and push-back rack. Each has its
own unique benefits and is suited to different types of
storage environments. This can increase storage
capacity, streamline material handling, improve
inventory management, and promote better use of
available warehouse space
Pallet Sorter
OMH's Pallet Sorter is designed to sort and move pallets
within a warehouse or distribution center. This conveyor
system uses a series of rollers, chains, and sensors to
move and sort pallets based on specific criteria, such
as size, weight, or destination. Our Pallet Sorter
operates by scanning each pallet as it moves along the
conveyor, and then directing it to the appropriate lane
or destination based on pre-set parameters. This process
helps to increase efficiency and accuracy in warehouse
operations, as it reduces the need for manual handling
of pallets and ensures that products are delivered to
the correct destination.
OMH Speedy, Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV)
A storage system for small loads with high throughput
and storage capacity. We call this Rail Guided Vehicle
(RGV), Speedy. Speedy helps you store small loads fast
and efficiently.

Wrapping Machine
OMH's Wrapping Machine is used in warehouses,
distribution centers, and other industries where large
volumes of goods required to be wrapped quickly and
efficiently. Our wrapping machines are available in a
range of sizes and configurations to meet the needs of
different industries and applications. It is an
essential tool for increasing safety and security of
goods to be stored in a storage facility or to be ready
for a shipment especialy in a large volume.
